Ordinance No. 356/2026 amends the budgetary phasing for the reconstruction work of the maritime protection of the Seixal Wastewater Treatment Plant.
An amendment to the financial distribution for the reconstruction of the maritime protection of the Seixal Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) has been approved. The legal instrument, Ordinance No. 356/2026, modifies Ordinance No. 34/2026 which had initially planned the investment.
The total value of the procedure remains at €2,960,000.00 (two million, nine hundred and sixty thousand euros). However, the new ordinance redistributes this amount across the financial years 2026 and 2027 as follows:
As with other legal instruments, it is established that the amount set for each year may be increased by the balance carried over from the previous year. The mentioned values will also be increased by VAT at the applicable legal rate.
The expenditure for the year 2026 has specific budgetary coverage in the RAM Budget for 2026. The necessary funds for 2027 will be included in the budget proposal for that year. The ordinance came into force on the working day following its publication.
