The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has modified and redistributed the budgetary charges for the completion of the first phase of the Sao Goncalo III project.
Through Ordinance no. 292/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Regional Government has formalized the amendment and redistribution of budgetary charges related to the project titled EMP-C/1/2024 - Completion works for the Sao Goncalo III project - Phase 1.
This measure, which aims to ensure the necessary financing for the completion of the work, establishes a maximum global value of 3,390,000.00 €, staggered as follows:
The decree also stipulates that the amounts set for each fiscal year may be increased by the balance determined in the previous year. The necessary amounts for the current year of 2026 are included in the budget of IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM (Organic classification 50 8 06 01 00, Project 52912, Measure 102). It is important to note that VAT at the legal rate in force is added to the mentioned values.
This Ordinance enters into force on the day following its publication, on July 3, 2026.
