The Regional Government Council approved a change to the public tender program for the acquisition of controlled-cost housing units in Santa Cruz and extended the deadline for submitting proposals.
The Regional Government Council approved a change to Article 29 of the program for the OPCC 1/2026 procedure, which aims to acquire housing units under a controlled-cost regime in the municipality of Santa Cruz. The change was proposed by IHM, EPERAM following a request for clarification from an interested developer.
Simultaneously, the Government authorized the extension of the deadline for submitting proposals by an additional 15 days, counted from the date of publication of the resolution. IHM, EPERAM was tasked with publishing the new wording of the article on the acinGov platform and its website.
The public offering procedure (OPCC 1/2026) was initially authorized by Government Council Resolution No. 228/2026, of April 17, 2026, and its announcement was published in the regional press on May 21, 2026.
