The Regional Government of Madeira has redistributed budgetary burdens for four energy efficiency improvement projects in social housing managed by IHM.
The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has published a set of ordinances aimed at modifying and redistributing budgetary burdens for the rehabilitation and improvement of energy efficiency in four housing estates in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. These interventions, fundamental for the sustainability and comfort of residents, are under the purview of IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM.
The projects covered are as follows:
The amounts, to which VAT at the current legal rate is added, are included in the budget of IHM, EPERAM, under organic classification 50 8 06 01 00, Project 52770, Measure 102. The measure allows the balance determined in each financial year to be added to the amount set for the following year, ensuring the continuity of the works.
The Regional Government has acquired a plot of land necessary for the reconstruction of a section of the E.R. 111 in Porto Santo.
The Regional Government has authorized the distribution of budgetary charges for three rehabilitation and improvement projects on regional roads, totaling an investment of 3.59 million euros.
The Regional Government Council has authorized an amendment to the execution deadline for the risk prevention and mitigation project on the ER 103, in Cabouco.
