Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory creates petty cash fund for urgent expenses
The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has authorized the creation of a 300 euro petty cash fund for the Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory.
The Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Alexandre Fagundes de Freitas Rodrigues, has determined, through Order no. 232/2026, the creation of a petty cash fund at the Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory (Service Code 1071).
The fund, endowed with 300.00 EUR, is intended to streamline the payment of small expenses and urgent acquisitions that, due to their specificity, do not align with standard bureaucratic procedures. The amount will be periodically replenished as it is used.
The management of this fund will be the responsibility of technical coordinator Rita Maria Gomes Faria Vasconcelos, with technical assistant Élia Maria Rodrigues serving as the substitute in case of unavailability. Payments must be authorized, on a case-by-case basis, by the Laboratory Director, exclusively for reasons of extreme necessity.
