IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM, has announced an extension to the deadline for submitting proposals under the public tender for the selection of a cooperative for the definitive and onerous transfer of land plots located at Caminho dos Saltos, in the parish of Imaculado Coracao de Maria.
According to Announcement no. 2/2026, the new deadline for submitting applications has been set for 5:00 PM on August 26, 2026. This decision follows Government Council Resolution no. 531/2026, of May 28, which approved changes to fundamental aspects of the procedure documents.
The plots in question have a total area of approximately 5,580.00m2 and are registered in the land registry under articles 15 and 16 of Section G and part of article 66 of Section E. Updated versions of the procedure documents are available for consultation on the IHM portal or at its headquarters during business hours.
The Regional Government has authorized the amendment of the program contract with IHM for the expansion of the housing stock, with a total investment of 125.25 million euros.
The Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure has authorized the creation of a 300 euro petty cash fund for the Regional Civil Engineering Laboratory.
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved a redistribution of budgetary burdens to finance the expansion of the IHM housing stock until 2030.
