Through Ordinance no. 168/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira has amended and redistributed the budgetary charges related to the Technical and Financial Cooperation Program Contract signed with the Municipality of Sao Vicente. The objective is to finance the "Redevelopment of the Calhau de Sao Vicente Seafront" project, totaling €3,372,500.00.
The new schedule of charges, which modifies the provisions of Ordinance no. 623/2024, is defined as follows:
The expenditure for the current year is covered by the budget of the Regional Directorate for Budget and Treasury.
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the expropriation of a plot of land necessary for the execution of access infrastructure in the high areas of Sao Roque.
The Madeira Government has authorized an investment of 2.37 million euros for the rehabilitation of port infrastructure in Porto Santo.
The Regional Directorate of Roads submits the project for the connection between Rua do Arieiro and Avenida Mário Soares to public consultation.
