The Regional Government of Madeira has amended the budgetary schedule for the road network requalification project in the central zone, under PAMUS - Phase II.
Through Ordinance no. 159/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM), the Regional Government has formalized the redistribution of budgetary burdens related to the contract titled Requalification of the Regional Road Network - Central Zone - PAMUS - Phase II.
This measure amends the schedule previously defined by Ordinance no. 636/2025, of November 26, adjusting the amounts per fiscal year as follows:
The decree also establishes that the amount set for each fiscal year may be increased by the balance calculated from the previous year. The expenditure planned for the current year is covered by the budget under the Secretariat 50, Chapter 50, Division 03, Subdivision 01, Project 52121, Funding Source 392, Economic Classification Code 07.01.04.S0.Z0. VAT at the current legal rate must be added to the indicated values.
The ordinance, signed by the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, and the Regional Secretary of Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Alexandre Fagundes de Freitas Rodrigues, enters into force on the business day following its publication.
Ordinance No. 413/2026 redistributes budget funds for co-financing investment expenses in the rehabilitation of the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos Civic Center, for a maximum total amount of 966,414.90 euros.
The Autonomous Region of Madeira and Calheta Municipal Council have amended the programme contract to fund the landscape rehabilitation of houses in Paúl do Mar, with a regional investment of 854,959.62 euros.
The Regional Finance Secretariat and the Regional Equipment and Infrastructure Secretariat have published three ordinances authorizing the distribution of funds for rehabilitation and development projects.
