Regional Government authorizes expenses for new road connections
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the distribution of budgetary expenses for preliminary studies and environmental impact assessments for three lots of new road connections.
Through Ordinance no. 107/2026, published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Regional Government authorized the distribution of budgetary expenses for the procedure of 'New Road Connections - Preliminary Study and Environmental Impact Assessment'. The investment, covering the years 2026 and 2027, is divided into three lots:
- Lot 1: Global value of €2,089,437.50, with €181,118.75 allocated to 2026 and €1,908,318.75 to 2027.
- Lot 2: Global value of €954,500.00, with €80,353.75 allocated to 2026 and €874,146.25 to 2027.
- Lot 3: Global value of €1,618,925.00, with €143,352.50 allocated to 2026 and €1,475,572.50 to 2027.
The expenditure for the current financial year is registered in the RAM Budget for 2026, and the funds for 2027 will be registered in the respective budget. The indicated values are subject to VAT at the current legal rate.
