Order No. 414/2026 authorizes an expense of 13,191.24 euros for the renewal of the lease contract for two units in the 'Duas Palmeiras' Building in Machico.
The Regional Government has authorized the necessary expense for the renewal of a lease contract for state-owned property in the town of Machico.
Order No. 414/2026, from the Regional Secretariat for Finance, authorizes the distribution of budgetary charges related to the renewal of the lease contract, amended on October 1, 2019. The contract concerns the units identified by the letters "I" and "J", located on the ground floor of the "Duas Palmeiras" Building, at Rua Ribeirinho, parish and municipality of Machico.
The total amount determined for the renewal is 13,191.24 euros, exempt from VAT. This amount is spread out as follows:
The expense for 2026 was already included in the regional budget proposal. The allocation for 2027 will be included in the budget proposal for that year. The order also stipulates that the amounts may be increased by the balance from the previous year and may be subject to legal rent updates.
The order came into force the day after its publication and takes effect retroactively to October 1, 2026.
