Budget Amendment of 44.4 Million Euros Approved for Housing Investment
An ordinance amends the budgetary allocations of a housing investment program, authorizing a maximum expenditure of 44.4 million euros for 2026.
Ordinance No. 405/2026, from the regional secretariats of Finance and Equipment and Infrastructure, amends the budgetary allocations provided for in previous ordinances related to housing investment.
The maximum authorized amount is €44,393,098.40 (forty-four million, three hundred and ninety-three thousand, ninety-eight euros and forty cents). This amount is fully allocated to the 2026 fiscal year, with the years 2024 and 2025 being allocated €0.00 in this amendment.
The funds will be secured by the Budget of IHM - Housing Investments of Madeira, EPERAM, under funding sources 381, 392, and 483, for projects 53736 and 52912.
The annex to the ordinance breaks down the total amount into seven proposals (No. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9), under a "Public Tender OPCC/1/2024." The ordinance takes effect immediately after its publication and was signed by the regional secretaries acting in place of the portfolio holders.
