Two resolutions authorize the sale of rural properties in Santa Cruz and Funchal to private individuals, totaling 27,120 euros.
The Regional Government Council authorized the disposal of two rural properties considered surplus, through sale by direct award to private individuals. The operations aim to rationalize public assets and increase revenue, in accordance with the Government Program.

In both cases, the Regional Secretary for Finance was mandated to sign the purchase and sale contracts on behalf of the Region.
