Resolution no. 577/2026 authorizes a 100,000 euro payment to Securitas to settle a legal dispute regarding security services.
The Regional Government, through Resolution no. 577/2026, has authorized a payment of 100,000.00 € to the company Securitas - Serviços e Tecnologia de Segurança, S.A., within the scope of legal proceeding no. 303/14BEFUN currently pending at the Administrative and Tax Court of Funchal.
The amount aims to settle a dispute regarding a human surveillance services contract signed by the former Regional Secretariat for Agriculture, Forests and Fisheries. The total value of 100,000.00 € is divided into 85,081.19 € of principal and 14,918.81 € of default interest.
