The Regional Secretariat of Finance has carried out the first amendment to the ordinance defining the nuclear structure of the Budget, Treasury and Finance Entity.
Ordinance no. 229/2026 has been published, which makes the first amendment to Ordinance no. 210/2026, of May 15. The legislation amends article 16 of the original text, establishing that the nuclear structure of the Budget, Treasury and Finance Entity of the Autonomous Region of Madeira enters into force on June 1, 2026, with effects produced as of May 16, 2026.
The Regional Government authorized the sale of eleven rural plots located in Caniço and Curral das Freiras to two private individuals, for a total of 137,690 euros.
Two resolutions authorize the sale of rural properties in Santa Cruz and Funchal to private individuals, totaling 27,120 euros.
Ordinance No. 307/2026 amends the unit rates of the Tax on Petroleum and Energy Products (ISP) applicable in Madeira, effective from July 3.
