Regional Government amends flexible structure of Budget, Treasury and Finance Entity

Through Dispatch no. 240/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira introduced changes to Dispatch no. 213/2026, of May 15, which defines the flexible structure of the Budget, Treasury and Finance Entity (EOTF). The amendments concern articles 9, 11 and 13 of the original diploma, clarifying the competencies of the DRP (support service to the Regional Director) and ensuring the continuity of the service commissions of the holders of 2nd-degree intermediate management positions in the organic units of the EOTF. The dispatch enters into force on the day following its publication, producing retroactive effects to May 16, 2026.
