Regional Government adjusts funding for acquisition of twenty vehicles for the PSP
Ordinance no. 208/2026 reschedules the payment of budgetary charges related to the purchase of 20 vehicles for the Public Security Police.
The Regional Government of Madeira has published Ordinance no. 208/2026, which amends the wording of Ordinance no. 555/2025, regarding the acquisition of twenty motor vehicles for the Public Security Police (PSP), under the protocol established with the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
The total value of the acquisition remains at 696,452.18 euros, plus VAT at the legal rate in force. The change concerns the temporal scheduling of the expenditure, which is now concentrated entirely in the 2026 financial year, as detailed below:
- Financial year 2025: 0.00 euros
- Financial year 2026: 696,452.18 euros
This expenditure is duly budgeted in the Budget of the Autonomous Region of Madeira for 2026, under the heading of the Regional Secretariat of Finance.
