Department of Tourism, Environment and Culture establishes petty cash fund
A petty cash fund of 2,200 euros has been established for urgent expenses of the Office of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture.
Order No. 180/2026 authorizes the creation of a petty cash fund totaling €2,200.00 for the Office of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture. The fund is intended to cover urgent current expenses that do not allow for standard accounting processing.
The amount is distributed into €1,000.00 and €1,200.00 across different budget items and will be under the responsibility of Ana Paula Pontes de Abreu Rodrigues and Tânia Gonçalves Nunes.
