The promotion, effective retroactively from 1 September 2026, was authorised by order of the Director of Non-Teaching Human Resources Services on 14 August 2026. With this change, the employee has been placed in the 1st remuneration position and at remuneration level 15.
The act was formalised through Notice No. 432/2026 and falls under the provisions of Article 99-A of the Public Functions Labour Law.
