The Regional Government has altered the budgetary phasing for the energy improvement and renovation works at the D. Lucinda Andrade Basic and Secondary School, maintaining the total investment of 2.3 million euros.
Through Ordinance No. 416/2026, the Regional Government, via the regional secretariats of Finance and Equipment and Infrastructure, has made an adjustment to the financial phasing of the public procurement procedure for the work at the D. Lucinda Andrade Basic and Secondary School in São Vicente.
The total investment remains at 2,399,000.00 euros (two million three hundred and ninety-three thousand euros), but its distribution across the fiscal years has been changed compared to what was foreseen in Ordinance No. 63/2026. The new distribution is as follows:
The project, identified by process No. 11/2025 and titled "D. LUCINDA DE ANDRADE BASIC AND SECONDARY SCHOOL - SÃO VICENTE - IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY IMPROVEMENT AND RENOVATION MEASURES", aims to improve energy efficiency and renovate the educational establishment's infrastructure.
The allocation for 2026 already has a defined budgetary provision, while the amount needed for 2027 will be included in the regional budget proposal for that year. The mentioned values will be increased by VAT at the applicable legal rate.
