From 00:00 on 28 September, the maximum price of unleaded 95 petrol will be €2.029 per litre. Road diesel will cost €2.148 and coloured and marked diesel €1.700 per litre.
Maximum retail fuel prices in the Autonomous Region of Madeira have been updated by a joint order from the Regional Secretariats for the Economy and Finance. The new prices take effect at 00:00 on 28 September 2026.
The prices were approved under paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 3 of Ordinance No. 25/2022 of 26 January, as currently amended. The decision is set out in Joint Order No. 89/2026, signed on 25 September by the Regional Secretary for the Economy, José Manuel de Sousa Rodrigues, and the Regional Secretary for Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas.
