Madeira Government Approves New Maximum Fuel Prices
The Regional Secretariat for Economy and Finance has set new maximum public sale prices for gasoline and diesel, effective August 3rd.
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved, through Joint Order No. 71/2026, the new maximum public sale prices for fuels. The update comes into effect from 00:00 on August 3, 2026.
The established maximum prices are as follows:
- Unleaded Super Gasoline IO 95: €1.873 per litre
- Road Diesel: €1.977 per litre
- Coloured and Marked Diesel: €1.510 per litre
The price setting was carried out under the terms of Ordinance No. 25/2022, of January 26, and was signed by the acting regional secretaries.
