A rectification statement has been published to correct the value of participation prizes to be paid to producers at the 69th Porto Moniz Agricultural Fair.
The Presidency of the Regional Government has issued a Rectification Statement No. 21/2026 to correct a material error in the Resolution of the Regional Government Council No. 685/2026, published on July 14.
The original resolution authorised the signing of a programme contract with the Madeira and Porto Santo Young Farmers' Association. The association would receive €1,000.00 for its participation and would proceed to pay the participation prizes awarded to the agricultural producers it represents at the 69th Porto Moniz Agricultural Fair.
The rectification statement corrects the total value of these prizes. Where it initially stated "three thousand three hundred and sixty euros" (€3,360.00), it should now read "two thousand seven hundred and ten euros" (€2,710.00). The amount intended for the association's participation remains at €1,000.00.
The correction ensures that the financial execution of the support for farmers participating in the fair complies with the prize award regulations.
