Santo Antonio da Serra Cider House transferred to Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries
The Santo Antonio da Serra Cider House space has been assigned to the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries to allow operational management by APSRAM.
Through Joint Order No. 49/2026, the Regional Secretariat of Finance and the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries determined the assignment of the "Santo Antonio da Serra Cider House" space, located on the ground floor of the Santo Antonio da Serra Civic Center, in the municipality of Machico, to the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries.
This measure aims to provide legitimacy for the signing of a protocol with the Association of Cider Producers of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (APSRAM). The association will be responsible for the functional management of the infrastructure, including the collection of fees and taxes, while the ownership of the property remains within the legal sphere of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries assumes the duty of conservation and maintenance of the space, ensuring its safety and functionality.
