Resolution no. 582/2026 authorizes MPE-Madeira Parques Empresariais to sell Plot no. 17 of the São Vicente Business Park.
The Regional Government, through Resolution no. 582/2026, has authorized MPE-Madeira Parques Empresariais, Sociedade Gestora, S.A. to proceed with the sale of the urban property corresponding to Plot no. 17 of the São Vicente Business Park.
The property, located in Sítio das Ginjas, in the parish and municipality of São Vicente, has an area of 527 m² and a tax value of €35,700.00. This sale, carried out under Base XXIV of the Concession, aims to foster business investment and job creation in the region, meeting the needs of the regional business sector that intends to acquire the plots where their companies are located.
A new program contract between the Regional Secretariat for the Economy and APRAM guarantees funding for investment expenses, including maritime protection for the Funchal pier.
