The Regional Government of Madeira, through Joint Order No. 47/2026, has approved the new maximum retail prices for fuels, effective from 00:00 on June 3, 2026.

This measure, signed by the Acting Regional Secretary of Economy, Micaela Cristina Fonseca de Freitas, and the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, aims to regulate the regional fuel market.
The Regional Government authorized a third amendment to the funding contract with Dilectus - Residências Assistidas, S.A., extending the contractual ceiling to allow for the financial closure of the project.
