Regional Government updates maximum fuel prices in Madeira
New maximum prices for gasoline and diesel in the Autonomous Region of Madeira come into effect on June 3, 2026.
The Regional Government of Madeira, through Joint Order No. 47/2026, has approved the new maximum retail prices for fuels, effective from 00:00 on June 3, 2026.
The fixed values are as follows:
- Unleaded gasoline IO 95: 1.810 € per liter
- Road diesel: 1.739 € per liter
- Colored and marked diesel: 1.299 € per liter
This measure, signed by the Acting Regional Secretary of Economy, Micaela Cristina Fonseca de Freitas, and the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, aims to regulate the regional fuel market.
