Regional Government amends tender for land allocation at Caminho dos Saltos
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved changes to the tender program for land allocation in Funchal, extending the deadline for proposal submissions.
The Regional Government Council, through Resolution no. 531/2026, approved the rectification of the Tender Program and the Specifications related to the public offer for the selection of a housing and construction cooperative. This decision concerns the definitive and onerous allocation of land plots with a total area of approximately 5,580.00m2, located at Caminho dos Saltos, in the parish of Imaculado Coração de Maria, in Funchal.
The measure follows the identification of inconsistencies in the original procedure documents, approved by Regional Government Council Resolution no. 60/2026, of February 20, as well as the need to respond to clarifications requested by interested cooperatives. These changes, considered materially relevant, imply the following actions:
- The complete replacement of the previously valid Tender Program and Specifications.
- The obligation for IHM, EPERAM to publish the new procedure documents on its official website and ensure their proper dissemination.
- The extension of the deadline for submitting proposals for an additional period of 90 days, starting from the date of publication of this resolution in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM).
