The Regional Government Council has approved two fundamental resolutions for the management of resources and sectoral support in the Autonomous Region of Madeira:
Through Regional Government Council Resolution No. 468/2026, the executive amended the maximum amount allocated for investment in the acquisition and construction of housing units under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). The updated global value for the acquisition of lots was set at €115,515,896.32, with the remaining €13,254,103.68 allocated to the construction of new housing.
Regional Government Council Resolution No. 469/2026 clarifies the exceptional support for rising fuel prices, with retroactive effect to April 6, 2026:
The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has created the Certification Center (CC) to ensure sectoral certification functions.
