Regional Government updates maximum fuel prices in Madeira
The new maximum retail prices for fuel in the Autonomous Region of Madeira come into effect on April 27, 2026.
Through Joint Order No. 36/2026, signed by the Regional Secretariat for the Economy and the Regional Secretariat for Finance, the Regional Government of Madeira has approved the new maximum retail prices for fuel. This measure, which comes into effect from midnight on April 27, 2026, reflects the periodic update of the values practiced in the Region.
The fixed prices are as follows:
- Unleaded gasoline IO 95: 1.767 € per liter
- Road diesel: 1.834 € per liter
- Colored and marked diesel: 1.402 € per liter
The order was signed by the Regional Secretary for the Economy, acting, Micaela Cristina Fonseca de Freitas, and by the Regional Secretary for Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas.
