Government awards lease of two land plots in Porto Santo

The Regional Government Council of Madeira has formalized the award of the lease for two plots of land located in Sítio do Farrobo, in Porto Santo, following the Public Auction procedure no. 3/2026/DRPA. The commercial company Companhia dos Profetas e dos Villões Lda. was the winning entity for both lots, having submitted the highest bids and met all legal requirements, including the regularization of tax and social security obligations.

Award details:

• Lot no. 1: Awarded through Regional Government Council Resolution no. 220/2026. It refers to a plot with an area of 11,314.00 m², part of rustic article 148 of section M, parish and municipality of Porto Santo (described in the Porto Santo Land Registry under no. 179). The fixed annual rent is €3,501.00.
• Lot no. 2: Awarded through Regional Government Council Resolution no. 221/2026. It refers to a plot with an area of 8,849.00 m², also part of rustic article 148 of section M, parish and municipality of Porto Santo (described in the Porto Santo Land Registry under no. 179). The fixed annual rent is €2,701.00.

The Regional Government has mandated the Regional Secretary of Finance to proceed with the signing of the respective lease agreements, the drafts of which were approved in plenary.
