Through Resolution no. 217/2026, the Regional Government Council decided not to exercise the legal right of first refusal on the sale of a rustic building located in Sitio das Latadas da Fonte, in the parish of Seixal, municipality of Porto Moniz.
The property, registered in the rustic land registry under article no. 1950 and described in the Porto Moniz Land Registry under no. 649, has a total area of 990.95 m². The decision follows an assessment of the property's potential public interest, taking into account its location in a public maritime domain zone and the lack of need for intervention by the Region for water resource management or public use purposes.
The Regional Government has authorized a financial contribution of 60,000 euros to support forest and silvo-pastoral management in the Poiso Mountains.
