Renata Isabel Pão Rosário has been appointed on an interim basis to head the Public Procurement Division of the Office of the Regional Secretary for Agriculture and Fisheries. The appointment takes effect on 2 October 2026.
Renata Isabel Pão Rosário has been appointed to the position of Head of the Public Procurement Division of the Office of the Regional Secretary of the Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries on an interim basis. The decision is set out in Order No. 402/2026 and takes effect on 2 October 2026, inclusive.
The appointment ensures the division is managed while the service commission of its current head, Brígida Maria de Oliveira Brazão, is suspended following her appointment as Director of Services of the Legal Office. The order cites the need to maintain the unit's operations and technical support in public procurement.
Renata Isabel Pão Rosário holds a law degree and is an Inspector in the Senior Labour Inspector career structure, on the staff of the Regional Authority for Working Conditions. The order states that she meets the legal requirements for the position and includes a curriculum note outlining her education and professional experience.
The Regional Civil Protection Service has opened recruitment to fill a second-tier middle-management position in its Planning and Risk Management Division. Applications may be submitted within 10 working days of the notice being published.
The Regional Secretary has changed the arrangements for covering the chief of staff during absences or periods of unavailability. Powers will first pass to deputy Marco Paulo Lira Baptista and, if he is unavailable, to José Marco Cabral de Oliveira.
