Consolidation of Staff Mobility to the Legislative Assembly
The inter-career mobility of operational assistant Maria José Ferreira Serrão has been consolidated, transferring her definitively to the parliamentary operational assistant career at the Legislative Assembly of Madeira.
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has made public the definitive consolidation of the situation of a civil servant who was on mobility.
Through Notice No. 417/2026, the definitive consolidation of the inter-career mobility exercised by operational assistant Maria José Ferreira Serrão was determined. The civil servant, who belonged to the staff map of the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology, has been definitively transferred to the career and category of parliamentary operational assistant at the Legislative Assembly.
The mobility began on July 1, 2023, and its consolidation takes effect from September 1, 2026. With this decision, the civil servant maintains the base salary she had been receiving, corresponding to level 7 of the 2nd remuneration position, plus the supplementary remuneration resulting from the special work regime.
The expense associated with this consolidation is covered by the Private Budget of the Legislative Assembly.
