Open Competition for Four Management Positions in Madeira Statistics
The Regional Secretariat of Finance has opened four competitive procedures to fill intermediate management positions of the 2nd degree in the Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira.
The Regional Secretariat of Finance has opened, by order of August 24, 2026, four public competitions for intermediate management positions of the 2nd degree in the Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira (DREM). Applications must be submitted within four working days after the publication of the notices.
The positions to be filled, all subject to the Public Interview selection method, are as follows:
- Division of Tourism and Transport Statistics (via Notice No. 404/2026)
- Division of Planning, Quality and Administrative Coordination (via Notice No. 405/2026)
- Division of Public Administration Accounts (via Notice No. 406/2026)
- Division of Demographic, Territorial and Multitheme Statistics (via Notice No. 407/2026)
The common requirements for all competitions are: being a permanent public sector worker, holding a bachelor's degree, and having at least 4 years of professional experience in positions requiring a bachelor's degree. The jury for the procedures is chaired by the Regional Director of Statistics of Madeira, Dr. Paulo Jorge Baptista Vieira.
