IHM will acquire 111 housing units in three developments in Funchal and Ponta do Sol for an updated total value of 25.3 million euros.
The Regional Government Council approved the update of acquisition values for housing units under public tender OPCC 1/2024, due to increases in construction costs. The measure, authorized by Regional Government Council Resolution No. 806/2026, covers three developments whose prices were revised following an increase of more than 3% in raw material and labor costs, a clause provided for in the public tender.

In total, 111 units are involved for an updated total amount of €25,825,138.94. The expense will be covered by funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and the regional budget.
