The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has revoked the measure that provided for the reimbursement of Bar Association fees for its senior legal technicians.
A financial support measure for senior legal technicians at the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology has been revoked. The decision is contained in Order No. 340/2026.
This order expressly revokes the previous Order No. 124/2026, of March 6. The revoked order stipulated that the senior legal technicians of the regional secretariat, when acting as judicial representatives, would be reimbursed for the costs of paying Bar Association fees and contributions to the Lawyers' and Solicitors' Provident Fund.
The revocation takes effect on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM). The measure represents a change in the working conditions for lawyers who act in judicial proceedings on behalf of the regional secretariat.
