Government rents space on Rua das Pretas for public service installation
The Regional Finance Secretariat authorized the signing of a rental contract for installing public services in a building in Funchal, with a total cost of 174 thousand euros until 2031.
The Regional Finance Secretariat has allocated the budgetary charges for signing a rental contract for a space to install public services in Funchal.
Ordinance No. 423/2026 refers to the rental of the ground floor (division A) of the urban building located at Rua das Pretas, No. 41, in the parish of São Pedro. The total contract value, exempt from VAT, is 174,000.00 €, to be paid between 2026 and 2031 as follows:
- 2026: 11,600.00 €
- 2027 to 2030: 34,800.00 € (per year)
- 2031: 23,200.00 €
The contract takes effect from September 1, 2026. The amounts may be updated according to the legally provided terms.
