A Government Council resolution corrects the total area of twelve properties transferred to IHM in Calheta, changing from 4,180 m² to 4,810 m².
The Regional Government Council of Madeira approved a resolution to correct a material error in a previous decision regarding the transfer of land. Regional Government Council Resolution No. 804/2026 rectifies Resolution No. 775/2026 of August 7.
The change concerns the authorization for the definitive and gratuitous transfer of twelve properties to IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM. The land is located at Sítio do Lombo das Laranjeiras, in the parish and municipality of Calheta.
The correction applies to the total area of the properties. Where an initial total area of 4,180 m² was indicated, it is now stated as 4,810 m². The rectification was published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of August 19, 2026.
