The main points of the agreement are:
- Transfer: Temporary and free of charge.
- Term: Five years, renewable for equal periods.
- Purpose: The space will be used as a multifunctional area for training, socializing, civic participation, and community development, for use by associations, community groups, and other local entities.
- Specific Project: The Parish Council will install the Curral das Freiras Senior Academy in the property, aimed at promoting active aging, lifelong learning, social inclusion, and improving the quality of life for the senior population.

The decision is based on the public interest of revitalizing a property no longer needed for educational purposes, preventing its deterioration and enhancing its usefulness for the local community.
