Regional Government authorizes accumulation of specialist technician functions
The specialist technician of the Regional Government President's Office, Maria Inês Branquinho da Costa Neves, has been authorized to carry out cultural activities and preside over an association.
Through Order No. 224/2026, the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Miguel Filipe Machado de Albuquerque, authorized law graduate Maria Inês Branquinho da Costa Neves, a specialist technician in his Office, to accumulate her legal advisory duties with other activities.
The decision, which takes effect on May 1, 2026, specifically allows the specialist technician to:
- Carry out production and organization activities for cultural events;
- Preside over the non-profit association Associação InFinito - Arte e Comunidade.
This authorization acts as an amendment to the original appointment order, correcting the omission of express authorization for the accumulation of functions, under Decree-Law No. 11/2012, of January 20, applicable subsidiarily to the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
