Regional Government authorizes lease agreement for IMT services on Rua de São Pedro, in a multi-year investment exceeding 2.7 million euros.
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the distribution of budgetary charges for the signing of a non-residential lease agreement, intended for the installation of public services of the Institute for Mobility and Transport, IP-RAM, in accordance with Ordinance no. 202/2026.
The property is located at Rua de São Pedro no. 23, 25 and 27, in the parish of São Pedro, municipality of Funchal. The total value of the contract amounts to €2,751,331.06, VAT exempt, with a payment plan staggered between 2026 and 2035:
The ordinance takes effect from January 1, 2026.
