Through Joint Order no. 44/2026, the Regional Secretariats of Finance and of Inclusion, Labour and Youth have authorized the worker Miguel Angelo de Freitas Martins Afonso, Operational Assistant, to drive the official vehicle assigned to the Regional Directorate for Citizenship and Social Affairs (DRAS).
This measure aims to ensure efficiency in carrying out service-related travel, given that the DRAS lacks operational assistants with driver duties. The authorization, valid for travel inherent to the exercise of public functions, is governed by Decree-Law no. 490/99 and adapted regional legislation, expiring automatically upon the termination of the worker's duties at the aforementioned regional directorate.
