The Board of Directors of the IFCN, IP-RAM, has implemented a broad delegation of powers to its members and managers to streamline current management and reduce bureaucracy.
Through Deliberation no. 6/2026, the Board of Directors of the Institute of Forests and Nature Conservation, IP-RAM (IFCN), has established a new structure for the delegation of powers. The objective is to reduce decision-making circuits and promote faster management, covering various functional areas and managers.
The deliberation also includes specific delegations to service directors for forestry licensing, nature conservation, and recreational-sports activities in protected areas, with retroactive effects to January 9, 2026.
The Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has simplified obligations and adjusted the reduction and exclusion regime for Local Action Groups under sub-measure 19.4.
