The draft consolidated final ranking list has been published for the competition for two operational assistant posts at the Regional Directorate for Archives, Libraries and Books. Candidates, including those excluded, have 10 working days to exercise their right to a prior hearing.
The Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture has notified candidates in the recruitment procedure for two operational assistant posts at the Regional Directorate for Archives, Libraries and Books that the draft consolidated final ranking list is available on the Secretariat’s website and posted at its Human Resources Office in Funchal.
The procedure was opened by Notice No. 447/2025, dated 19 December. Under Notice No. 531/2026, all candidates, including those excluded during the selection methods, may exercise their right to a prior hearing within 10 working days of publication. The notice does not disclose the candidates’ names or scores.
Applications are open for 10 working days for a parliamentary support technician coordinator position at the Legislative Assembly of Madeira. Eligible applicants must already work in the relevant career and meet the pay grade and performance assessment requirements set out in the notice.
The final ranking of successful candidates for six registry officer positions is now available. The recruitment process is for the Regional Directorate for the Administration of Justice.
Gustavo José Correia Góis has been hired on a permanent contract as a senior officer at the Regional Directorate of Energy. The contract takes effect on 6 October and includes a 180-day probationary period.
