The Institute for Qualification of Madeira has opened a competition to recruit two senior technicians for roles in managing the European Social Fund.
The Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM (IQ, IP-RAM) has opened a common competitive procedure for the recruitment of two workers for the career and category of senior technician. The announcement was published via Notice No. 330/2026.
The positions are intended for the exercise of functions in the Directorate of the European Social Fund Services, in the areas of Management and Public Management and Administration. The functions include the analysis of applications for financial support, coordination of reimbursement requests, monitoring of audits, and dissemination actions related to the European Social Fund (ESF).
The competition aims to fill two positions through the establishment of an indefinite-term public employment contract. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Management or in Public Management and Administration (area 345 of the National Classification). Proven professional experience in functions related to the ESF is considered an especially relevant factor.
The selection methods will be the Knowledge Test (PC) and the Professional Selection Interview (EPS), or, for candidates under certain conditions, the Curriculum Assessment (AC) and the EPS. The knowledge test will focus on labor legislation, the statutes of the IQ, and European funds regulations.
The deadline for submitting applications is 10 working days, counted from the publication of the notice in JORAM. Applications must be formalized using a form available on the IQ, IP-RAM website and sent to [email protected].
The jury for the procedure is chaired by Cristina Paula Pereira de Andrade Spínola, Head of the On-Site Verification Division at IQ, IP-RAM.
