The Regional Government has formalized the list of employees from the Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries integrated into the centralized human resources management system.
Through Dispatch no. 231/2026, the Regional Secretary for Agriculture and Fisheries, Nuno Dinarte de Gouveia Maciel, approved the nominal list of workers assigned to this government department who will now be part of the centralized human resources management system.
This measure, framed by Regional Legislative Decree no. 11/2018/M and the Secretariat's organic law, aims to concentrate workers with indefinite public employment contracts, allowing for more efficient management and their allocation to the various bodies and services of the direct and indirect regional administration that make up the Secretariat, namely the Office of the Regional Secretary, the Regional Directorate for Agriculture and Rural Development, the Regional Directorate for Livestock and Animal Welfare, and the Regional Directorate for Fisheries.
The list, which covers hundreds of employees from various careers (Higher Technicians, Technical Assistants, and Operational Assistants), takes immediate effect and is published in full in the annex of the aforementioned dispatch in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
The inter-career mobility of an operational assistant to the technical assistant category has been finalized. The employee will now be assigned to the Regional Directorate for Environment and Maritime Affairs.
The final ranking list of candidates for the public competition for a Senior Technician position at the Regional Directorate for Spatial Planning has been approved and made public.
