Nurse José Óscar Ferreirinha Ramos has been authorized to attend the Master's in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing.
Order No. 164/2026, from the Regional Secretariat for Health and Civil Protection, grants scholarship status to nurse José Óscar Ferreirinha Ramos, from the staff of the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (SESARAM, EPERAM).
The measure, which is in effect until March 10, 2027, aims to support attendance at the Master's in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at the São José de Cluny Higher School of Nursing. The professional will benefit from partial temporary leave, maintaining the right to remuneration (within legal absence limits) and service time counting, with the obligation to resume duties at SESARAM after completing the course.
