Government prepares extension of six new collective labor agreements
The Regional Secretariat for Inclusion, Labor and Youth has opened a 6-day period for opposition to the extension projects of six collective labor agreements.
Notices for the draft extension ordinances for six collective regulation instruments have been published, covering various sectors of the regional economy. Interested parties have 6 business days to submit reasoned opposition.
Projects under consultation:
- RAMA - Rações, para Animais, S.A. and the Union of Workers in Hospitality, Tourism, Food, Services and Similar of the R.A.M.
- Commercial and Industrial Association of Funchal - Madeira Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACIF-CCIM) and the Union of Road and Metallurgical Workers of the R.A.M. (Metallurgy and Metalworking sector).
- ACIF-CCIM and SITAM - Union of Office, Commerce and Service Workers of the R.A.M. (Storage, Bottling, Wholesale and Madeira Wine Export sector).
- Bakery, Pastry and Biscuit sectors of the R.A.M. (Collective agreement).
- ILHOPAN - Panificação e Pastelaria, Ld.ª and FESAHT - Federation of Agriculture, Food, Beverage, Hospitality and Tourism Unions of Portugal.
- National Association of Poultry Slaughter Centers and Meat Processing Industries (ANCAVE) and the National Union of Workers in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, Tourism, Food Industry, Beverages and Related - SETAAB.
