The first amendment to the program contract with IHM, EPERAM was authorized, reprogramming 3.2 million euros for the Degraded Property Recovery Program until 2027.
The Regional Government Council authorized the first amendment to the program contract with IHM - Investimentos Habitacionais da Madeira, EPERAM for the Program for the Recovery of Degraded Properties (PRID 2025-2027).
Regional Government Council Resolution No. 839/2026 maintains the maximum global amount of 3,200,000.00 € but proceeds with a reprogramming of its financial execution due to delays in 2025. The new distribution is as follows:
The amendment also allows IHM, EPERAM to receive advances to sign new financial support contracts with needy families for the recovery of their own homes, subject to subsequent regularization. The program is framed under the PIDDAR project No. 51386.
The Regional Government has approved the regulations for PROAGES II, a program providing supplementary income support to households in an intermediate socioeconomic situation, with a total allocation of 2,016,000 euros.
