Ponta do Sol Municipality supports Cultural, Sports and Recreational Association
The Municipality of Ponta do Sol has signed a program contract with ACDRPS to support the association's sports activities during 2026.
The Ponta do Sol City Council has formalized a program contract (Contract No. 136/2026) with the Cultural, Sports and Recreational Association of Ponta do Sol (ACDRPS), aimed at granting one-off financial support for the development of its activities in 2026.
The financial support, totaling 7,000.00 €, is intended to subsidize costs for renting the synthetic pitch at the Madeira Sports Center for veteran team training and matches, as well as the contracting of sports insurance, physiotherapy sessions, and the acquisition of equipment.
The amount will be made available in three installments:
- 3,000.00 € after the signing of the contract;
- 2,000.00 € in June 2026;
- 2,000.00 € in October 2026.
The association is obliged to comply with various rules, including referencing municipal support and using the City Council's coat of arms in all communication elements, in addition to providing accounts at the end of the year. The contract is valid until December 31, 2026.
