MLE - MADEIRA LEISURE ENTERTAINMENT, RESTAURAÇÃO E ANIMAÇÃO, LDA. has been definitively awarded the lease of an urban property in Camacha. The decision concludes Public Auction No. 2/IVBAM/2026.
The Regional Government has definitively awarded the lease of an urban property in the parish of Camacha, municipality of Santa Cruz, to the limited liability company “MLE - MADEIRA LEISURE ENTERTAINMENT, RESTAURAÇÃO E ANIMAÇÃO, LDA.” The property belongs to the private domain of the Madeira Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute, IP-RAM.
Public Auction No. 2/IVBAM/2026 took place on 17 September 2026. A single bid was submitted and served as the basis for the auction price; there were no verbal bids or complaints. The provisional successful bidder paid 25% of the award amount by cheque and provided proof that its tax and social security obligations were up to date, as well as an updated RCBE (Central Register of Beneficial Owners) declaration.
The resolution approves the draft lease agreement and authorises the President of IVBAM to sign it on behalf of the Region. The published text does not state the rent amount.
The Regional Government has authorised a €250 cash prize for Rosita de Jesus Canada, a participant in the 68th Porto Moniz Agricultural Fair, held in 2025.
From 00:00 on 28 September, the maximum price of unleaded 95 petrol will be €2.029 per litre. Road diesel will cost €2.148 and coloured and marked diesel €1.700 per litre.
The firm Oliveira, Branco & Associados, SROC, Lda. has been appointed as the sole auditor of the IDE, IP-RAM for the 2026-2029 triennium.
